Employed by C BUTT LTD for the past 48-years, Gerald joined the business having completed an engineering apprenticeship at Blackwood Hodge, Northampton. Gerald has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial fleet engineering, transport and warehousing. Gerald progressed as Managing Director of the group and was appointed 10-years ago into his current role of chairman. Gerald is responsible for the board of directors and the return on shareholder investment(s).

Clive AW Hodgkinson, Managing Director

Clive joined the family run business 25-years ago, having had a successful track record in a number of general management positions with large multinational / PLC organisations. Responsible for the introduction / development of contract distribution and full logistics, increasing turnover from £3m to a current £35m per annum; Clive progressed from his initial role as the group's General Manager through to his appointment 10-years ago as the group's managing director.

Karl Hodgkinson, Group Operations Director

Employed by C BUTT LTD for the past 16-years, Karl has a vast knowledge of contract warehouse and transport / fleet operations, heading group operations together with marketing, sales and development of the company.
