Following Nationalisation after the Second World War, our fleet of vehicles was well recognised in Northamptonshire as being 'C BUTT green'. This was the only colour available after its use to camouflage military vehicles. Following a number of years, this colour has been used as the traditional core fleet brand of C BUTT, this shade of green now branded by paint manufactures as 'Butts Green'.

Our core image and branding to this day retains the historic scheme of red and green. The 'Butt' family still form the basis of the company's ownership and the majority of the operating board today with second and third generation directors.
